About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a driven, creative Key Sales Associate to deliver a superior customer experience and help customers express themselves. The role involves engaging customers to understand their needs and objections, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, offering extended service plans and financing options, and collaborating with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and other skills, and supports advancement through a promotion-from-within philosophy.
Requirements

- One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.
