About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join its sales team. Key Sales Associates engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections, present merchandise and explain its features and benefits, and offer extended service plans and financing options. They work with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience and meet individual and team sales goals. The role may also involve assisting the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and values integrity, diversity, teamwork, advancement, and a strong customer experience.

- One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
- Present merchandise and provide detailed information about its features and benefits.
- Offer extended service plans and financing options.
- Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

- Base pay of $15.00–$16.00 plus commission on sales; final pay rate depends on experience and qualifications.
