About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join its team. The Key Sales Associate helps customers celebrate and express themselves by delivering a superior customer experience, presenting merchandise, and supporting sales goals. The role may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and promotes advancement from within.

Requirements

• One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
