About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is hiring a Key Sales Associate to help customers celebrate life and express love through a strong customer experience. The role engages customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections, presents merchandise and explains its features and benefits, offers extended service plans and financing options, collaborates with the sales team, and works toward individual and team sales goals. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
