About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative team members to help customers celebrate life and express love. Key Sales Associates engage customers to understand their needs and objections, present merchandise and explain its features and benefits, offer extended service plans and financing options, and work with the sales team to deliver a superior customer experience and meet individual and team sales goals. They may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career skills, and promotes advancement from within.
