About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join its team. Key Sales Associates engage customers to understand their needs and objections, present merchandise and explain its features and benefits, offer extended service plans and financing options, and work with the sales team to deliver a superior customer experience and meet individual and team sales goals. They may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company values integrity, diversity, teamwork, and advancement through promotion from within. Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
- Present merchandise and provide detailed information about its features and benefits.
- Offer extended service plans and financing options.
- Work with the sales team to provide customers with a superior experience.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
