About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to deliver a superior customer experience and help customers celebrate life and express love. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting merchandise and its features and benefits, offering service plans and financing options, and contributing to individual and team sales goals. The associate may also assist the Store Manager or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and promotes advancement from within.
Requirements
- Commitment to excellence, desire to grow, and ability to provide a superior customer experience.
- One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
- Present merchandise and provide detailed information about its features and benefits.
- Offer extended service plans and financing options.
- Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
