About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to help deliver an outstanding customer experience and meet individual and team sales goals. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, and offering extended service plans and financing options. Key Sales Associates work with the sales team and may assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and values integrity, diversity, teamwork, and opportunities for advancement through promotion from within.
Requirements
- One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.
