About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a driven, creative, and customer-focused Key Sales Associate to support its kiosk at Governor's Square Mall in Clarksville, Tennessee. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience and helping customers express themselves through jewelry and merchandise.

Key Sales Associates engage customers to understand their needs and objections, present merchandise and explain its features and benefits, offer extended service plans and financing options, collaborate with the sales team, and work toward individual and team sales goals. They may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and emphasizes integrity, diversity, teamwork, advancement, and promotion from within.
