About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join its team. The Key Sales Associate engages customers to understand their needs, presents merchandise and explains its features and benefits, offers extended service plans and financing options, supports the sales team in delivering a superior customer experience, and works toward individual and team sales goals. The role may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills for career development, and emphasizes integrity, diversity, teamwork, advancement, and promotion from within.
Requirements
- Commitment to excellence, desire to grow, and ability to provide a superior customer experience.
- One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
- Present merchandise and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
