About The Position

Join NSF as a Key Sales Account Manager and drive sales growth for our Retail business by acquiring new business and nurturing existing accounts by providing food safety and operational assurance solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, ideally in TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) or technical services
  • Excellent hunting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Proactively hunt and close new business through cold calling, networking, and market research in target markets
  • Maintain a book of business as well as meeting all sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline, driving deals from prospecting to close
  • Analyze prospects and prioritize high-value targets to maximize sales impact
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by tracking feedback and collaborating with internal teams for smooth delivery
  • Develop strong client relationships to support ongoing business and referrals
  • Prepare presentations, respond to RFP’s, write quality proposals, and SLA’s with food service clients with support from the business, finance, and marketing teams
  • Maintain CRM accuracy by documenting all client activities for effective reporting and forecasting
