About The Position

The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and helps ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead guides and coaches Brand Reps and Stock Associates, supports effective store operations, and drives store performance through customer experience and the team's achievement of daily sales. The schedule varies weekly, with an expected minimum of 12–16 hours per week. Availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays is required. Hours increase during peak periods to support business needs.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Perform opening and closing routines.
Operate register and point-of-sale systems.
Fulfill omnichannel orders.
Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
Build and maintain visual displays.
Analyze reporting to inform decision-making.
Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
Act as Floor Supervisor and guide and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates.
Support effective store operations and drive customer experience and daily sales performance.
