About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Fulfillment employee supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment, helping provide outstanding customer experiences. The role includes receiving and processing merchandise, preparing and shipping customer orders, using inventory systems, maintaining organized selling floors and stockrooms, and providing general store support. The position requires continuous movement during shifts and handling merchandise of varying sizes and weights.

Responsibilities

Receive and unload freight, unpack merchandise, and deliver newly arrived items to selling departments.
Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while following quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, such as setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
