About The Position

As a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead (described in the posting as a Shift Lead), you will support the team and daily operations at a Santa photo set, welcome families, assist with photography, and help deliver a joyful guest experience. You will provide leadership during your shifts, reinforce established procedures, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure photo operations run smoothly. Photography experience is not required.

The role takes place in a fast-paced retail environment. Scheduling is flexible, but availability during peak retail hours—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—is expected. The position is seasonal and offers opportunities to return in future holiday seasons and, where available, explore growth opportunities in the souvenir photography division.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
