About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to help create memorable experiences for families at its Santa photo set at Tysons Galleria. The role supports the team, welcomes guests, assists with photography, and helps keep daily operations running smoothly. The Team Lead brings warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift and helps deliver a joyful holiday experience.

The position includes opening and closing duties, reinforcing established policies and procedures, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping with training or recruiting as needed. The Team Lead also takes photos, provides guest service, participates in photo operations, processes sales, operates a POS system and photography equipment, and maintains a safe, clean work environment. Photography experience is not required.

This is seasonal work with scheduling flexibility, but availability during peak retail hours—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—is required. The role may involve standing for prolonged periods and lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
