About The Position
Marc Jacobs International is seeking Temporary Sales Associates to join its Tysons Galleria store in McLean, Virginia, for the 2026 holiday season. This seasonal assignment runs from November to January. To meet store business needs, associates must be available to work at least two weekdays per week and have open availability on one day every weekend. The role involves achieving sales goals, providing knowledgeable service about merchandise, developing client relationships, and maintaining store standards and procedures. The pay rate is $20–$21 per hour.
Requirements
- Prior retail experience.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability to work a minimum of two weekdays per week and open availability on one day every weekend.
