About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you blend results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You understand customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, connect them with relevant products and services, and build trust and loyalty while working toward sales goals. The role is more than cashiering: it centers on customer engagement, smart selling, teamwork, and creating a welcoming experience. You also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. They welcome and engage customers, maintain a shoppable space through merchandising and other merchandise tasks, update signs and pricing, support merchandise moves, and share loyalty program benefits. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
