About The Position

The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. The role uses coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example and help the sales team deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while meeting sales and service targets. The Key Holder performs start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and shares responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This position is presented as an opportunity for an ambitious self-starter with retail experience to gain supervisory experience and develop a career in prestige beauty.

Requirements

Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
