About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant role. As part of the Sales Team, you will provide a superior experience to customers and help them celebrate life and express love. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, discussing extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
