About The Position
The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of The Cosmetics Company Store. The role leads by example, using coaching and mentoring skills to model behaviors that help the sales team deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and achieve sales and customer service targets. The Key Holder also handles essential start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and is responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This is presented as an opportunity for an ambitious self-starter with retail experience to gain supervisory experience and pursue a long-term career in prestige beauty.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of their right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
