About The Position
The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. The role leads by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and achieve sales and service targets. The Key Holder handles start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and is responsible for opening and closing the store on a rotating basis. The position is presented as an opportunity for an ambitious self-starter with retail experience seeking an initial supervisory role and a long-term career in prestige beauty.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview.
