About The Position

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. The role leads by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and meet sales and customer service targets. It also includes cash reconciliation at the start and end of the day and opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This is a part-time role suited to an ambitious self-starter with retail experience who is looking to gain supervisory experience and build a career in prestige beauty. Requirements

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
• Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.

Responsibilities
