About The Position
The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. The role uses coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example and model behaviors that help the sales team provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and achieve sales and customer service targets. The Key Holder also performs start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and is responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This role is described as an opportunity for an ambitious self-starter with retail experience seeking an initial supervisory position and a path toward a longer-term career in prestige beauty.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
