About The Position

Key Holders support store leadership in managing the day-to-day operations of the store by supporting key leadership activities. Key holders may dedicate up to 30% of their time to leadership tasks, which can involve activities from overseeing store opening and closing procedures to delegating tasks and ensuring a positive consumer experience within the store.

Responsibilities

• Assigned store keys, store alarm code, and safe code
• Complete store opening and closing activities
• Ring up an employee transaction
• Weekly Inventory Reconciliation Process & RFID adjustments
• Spend up to 30% of their time performing leader duties. This may include: Limited CEL responsibilities to support break coverage or critical open/close shifts, Receiving shipment, Armored carriers pick up / drop off, Guiding and coaching the store team while CEL
