About The Position

The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. The role leads by example, using coaching and mentoring skills to model the behaviors expected of the sales team and deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve sales and customer service targets. The Key Holder performs start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and is responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This role is described as a first supervisory opportunity and a step toward a longer-term career in prestige beauty.

Requirements

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of their right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
