About The Position
The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Jo Malone London store. The role uses coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example and model behaviors that enable the sales team to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and achieve sales and customer service targets. The Key Holder performs start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and is responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This position is presented as an opportunity for an ambitious self-starter with prior retail experience who is seeking an initial supervisory role and a long-term career in prestige beauty.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of their right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview.
