About The Position
The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. The role leads by example, using coaching and mentoring skills to model behaviors that help the sales team provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and meet sales and customer service targets. Responsibilities include completing essential start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store on a rota basis. The position is presented as an opportunity for an ambitious self-starter with retail experience to gain supervisory experience and build a career in prestige beauty.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
