Requirements

2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service using effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with the merchant group.
Drive personal sales through relationship selling, building a client base, and exemplary customer service.
Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies are followed.
Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, PR events, and advertising opportunities.
Assist with implementing health and safety policies and operational procedures, using provided training and guidance to support store management.
Follow local laws and regulations and HUGO BOSS health and safety standards at all times.
