About The Position

The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. The role leads by example, using coaching and mentoring skills to model the behaviors expected of the sales team and deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in order to achieve sales and customer service targets. The Key Holder uses retail and cash-handling experience to perform essential start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and is responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This role is suited to an ambitious self-starter with previous retail experience who is seeking a first supervisory opportunity and a path toward a long-term career in prestige beauty.

Requirements

Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
