About The Position

BYLT Premium Basics is hiring a temporary Retail Associate to serve as a customer-service-oriented ambassador for the brand. The role focuses on engaging customers, developing product expertise, educating and outfitting customers, and supporting sales and store operations. The position is anticipated to conclude on or around January 2, 2027.

The Retail Associate works on the sales floor to create a positive customer experience, maintain merchandise displays and store presentation, process customer transactions, and assist with inventory. The employee may also be assigned other job-related duties. This position reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor to provide a positive customer experience.
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor by folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to BYLT guidelines.
• Notify clientele about current promotions and future merchandise that may interest them.
• Respond to customers’ questions.
• Process payments using cash, gift cards, store credit, and other credit or debit cards.
• Alert management to potential security issues.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
