About The Position
The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. The role leads by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and achieve sales and customer service targets. It also involves retail and cash-handling duties, including start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation, and opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This role is presented as an opportunity for an ambitious retail self-starter seeking an initial supervisory experience and a long-term career in prestige beauty.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
