About The Position
The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. The Key Holder leads by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and achieve sales and service targets. The role includes cash reconciliation at the beginning and end of the day and opening and closing the store on a rota basis. It is described as an opportunity for an ambitious self-starter with retail experience to gain an initial supervisory role and build a long-term career in prestige beauty.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
Responsibilities
