About The Position

Zales is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to join its sales team. The role focuses on providing customers with a superior experience by understanding their needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about extended service plans and financing options. Team members work toward individual and team sales goals while helping customers celebrate meaningful moments and express love.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
