About The Position

Zales is hiring a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant to provide valued customers with a superior shopping experience. The role focuses on building personal relationships, understanding customers’ needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and providing information about extended service plans and financing options. Sales Associates work toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities
