The role involves understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, providing information about extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
