About The Position

The Key Holder provides high-level customer service and hospitality to SoulCycle clients while assisting Studio Management with daily studio tasks and projects. The role supports instructors with class check-in, works collaboratively with studio staff, helps train and coach new front desk hires, and maintains knowledge of studio retail products. The Key Holder also helps preserve SoulCycle’s distinctive aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture through studio preparation and cleaning.

This is a part-time role requiring availability at least three days each week, totaling 20 hours, including at least one Saturday or Sunday. Employees must also be available to work peak holiday shifts. Pay is $17.50 per hour. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients.
• Assist Studio Management with daily studio tasks and projects.
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
• Support SoulCycle instructors to ensure a successful class check-in process.
• Work as a cohesive team with SoulCycle staff to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
• Assist with training and coaching new front desk staff hires.
• Maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations.
• Maintain the distinct SoulCycle aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture.
• Clean and prepare the studio, including exercise equipment, floors, and mirrors.
• Clean common areas, including the front desk, lockers, retail shelves, office, and hallways.
• Clean bathrooms and changing rooms.
