About The Position

The Key Holder provides customer service and hospitality to SoulCycle clients while supporting studio operations. The role assists Studio Management with daily tasks and projects, supports instructors with class check-in, helps train and coach front desk hires, and works collaboratively with studio staff. It also maintains retail product knowledge and the studio’s aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture. Studio upkeep includes cleaning and preparing exercise equipment, floors, mirrors, common areas, bathrooms, and changing rooms.

This is a part-time role requiring availability at least three days each week, totaling 20 hours, including at least one Saturday or Sunday. Employees are expected to be available for peak holiday shifts. The listed pay is $18.00 per hour. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients.
• Assist Studio Management with daily studio tasks and projects.
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
• Support SoulCycle instructors to ensure a successful class check-in process.
• Work collaboratively with SoulCycle staff to promote efficiency and camaraderie.
• Assist with training and coaching new front desk hires.
• Maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations.
• Maintain the SoulCycle aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture.
• Clean and prepare the studio, including exercise equipment, floors, and mirrors.
• Clean common areas, including the front desk, lockers, retail shelves, office, and hallways.
• Clean bathrooms and changing rooms.
