About The Position

The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. The role leads by example, using coaching and mentoring skills to model the behaviors the sales team needs to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and achieve sales and customer service targets. The Key Holder uses retail flair and cash-handling experience to complete essential start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation. The role is also responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. It is presented as an opportunity for an ambitious self-starter with retail experience to gain an initial supervisory position and begin a longer-term career in prestige beauty.

Requirements

Proven retail experience.
Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

Retail experience within cosmetics is preferred.
Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store, is desirable.
Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
