About The Position

The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. The role involves leading by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team, and modeling behaviors that help deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while achieving sales and service targets. The Key Holder also handles start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and is responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. Requirements

Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
