About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a consumer-centric Key Holder to support the leadership team at its retail store in Jacksonville, Florida. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Key Holder models and coaches an excellent customer experience and performs duties related to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The role calls for someone who values originality, integrity, empathy, and courage, and who helps create a positive experience for customers and coworkers while supporting store performance.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and regularly move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Must comply with Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs and follow directives from store management.
• Must consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Model and coach behaviors that provide an excellent customer experience.
• Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities and meeting sales goals.
• Help train the team and model Levi Strauss & Co. selling behaviors and authentic customer service.
• Support product placement on the sales floor, store operations, and visual merchandising.
• Help lead a positive and engaging shopping experience and support key initiatives.
• Assist store management with training and coaching store staff.
• Follow store management directives and comply with store policies, procedures, and programs.
• Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
