About The Position

Key Holders support store leadership in managing the day-to-day operations of the store by supporting key leadership activities. Key holders may dedicate up to 30% of their time to leadership tasks, which can involve activities from overseeing store opening and closing procedures to delegating tasks and ensuring a positive consumer experience within the store.

Requirements

Varying with experience and qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Assigned store keys, store alarm code, and safe code
Complete store opening and closing activities
Ring up an employee transaction
Weekly Inventory Reconciliation Process & RFID adjustments
Spend up to 30% of their time performing leader duties. This may include: Limited CEL responsibilities to support break coverage or critical open/close shifts, Receiving shipment, Arm or ed carriers pick up / drop off, Guiding and coaching the store team wh ile CEL
