Key Holder - PT Management
About The Position
The Key Holder (described in the posting as a part-time key holder and specialized advisor) supports the management team by demonstrating strong sales behaviors and leadership on the sales floor, fostering a positive work environment, and carrying out operational processes and goals in accordance with company standards and policies. The role helps motivate the floor team to exceed sales targets and engages customers to provide an exceptional customer experience. The position represents the Oakley brand, builds customer relationships, supports merchandise and inventory operations, maintains sales-floor and warehouse standards, and leads opening and closing procedures when management is not present. Requirements
- At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong sales experience and a proven ability to achieve top results in individual sales performance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with others.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer use and experience with cash registers.
- Ability to stand most of the time or move around on the sales floor or in the warehouse.
- Bilingual ability.
- Ability to move merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand, demonstrate product knowledge, and stay up to date on products.
- Build strong customer connections and maintain positive interactions.
- Uphold and carry out the company's customer service initiatives.
- Assist with merchandise processing, restocking, and in-store inventory monitoring.
- Assist with floor movement, merchandising, display maintenance, and cleanliness of the floor and warehouse.
- Organize the warehouse and maintain labeling, logical placement, organization, and cleanliness.
- Lead store opening and closing procedures when management is not present.
- Perform other tasks assigned by a member of the management team.
- Support and motivate floor staff to exceed sales targets.
