About The Position

La Ligne is hiring a part-time Key Holder in Nashville. The role supports store operations and sales by building client relationships, opening and closing the store, communicating inventory needs, assisting with events, and working collaboratively to meet store goals. The Key Holder also helps maintain the store’s appearance and visual presentation and resolves customer concerns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Existing client base.
• Strong aesthetic sensibilities and sense of style.
• At least 2 years of retail experience.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and retain strong client relationships through customer engagement and clienteling.
• Open and close the store and perform related duties.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Help facilitate in-store events.
• Team sell to achieve monthly store goals.
• Increase in-store sales by cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing storefront.
• Ensure displays, fixtures, and visual areas reflect current visual direction.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
