About The Position

The Key Holder partners with the Store Management team to create a customer-centric environment through extraordinary customer service. The role supports the Company’s customer service model, brand standards, and store operations by partnering with all Associates. The Key Holder works closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business needs and adequate shift coverage, and may supervise Sales Associates. The role also involves demonstrating the Company’s selling model, maintaining store presentation standards, and aligning behaviors with sales goals.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in retail sales.
1 year of supervisory experience.
Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Effective customer engagement skills.
High-level interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, climb a ladder, and lift a minimum of 15 pounds.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Responsibilities

Work with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business needs and adequate shift coverage.
At times, supervise Sales Associates.
Deliver exceptional customer service by confidently and knowledgeably demonstrating the Company’s selling model.
Maintain brand standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
Understand sales goals and align behaviors accordingly.
