About The Position
Aveda is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. The Key Holder leads by example, using coaching and mentoring skills to model the behaviors expected of the sales team and deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to meet sales and service targets. The role also involves retail and cash-handling duties, including start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation, and responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
