About The Position

This role involves leading projects and driving technical execution at key accounts. The Key Account Project Engineer will analyze customer needs, define technical and process requirements, and collaborate closely with customers and internal teams across DELO’s global network. The position requires developing deep application-specific process expertise and supporting contract manufacturers in process implementation. The engineer will coordinate cross-region teams, monitor and scout technical trends, and provide feedback to the Global Key Account Manager.

Requirements

  • Located in the Greater San Jose Area (CA)
  • Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering/Science, Plastics Engineering, Polymer Science, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Applied Chemistry, or related technical fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical corporate environment – preferably as Sales or Application Engineer in the adhesive sector or similar industries such as surface treatment, consumer electronics, Semiconductor industry
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems
  • Willingness to travel

  • Coordinate cross-region teams to ensure project success
  • Monitor and scout technical trends relevant to your key accounts, exchange insights with industry experts
  • Provide regular feedback and collaborate with the Global Key Account Manager
