Key Account Manager
About The Position
Allegiance is hiring for a facility services role at a university campus in Columbia, South Carolina. The position involves managing an assigned shift or site and ensuring the facility is clean and consistently meets expectations. The employee will help plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and supervise departmental activities; maintain custodial workflows that meet standards; and communicate with clients and facility personnel to ensure their custodial-contract needs are being met. Requirements
- 2–5 years of supervisory experience in the janitorial field.
- Experience managing janitorial operations.
- Proven ability to motivate and train staff.
- Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong service and quality mindset.
- Professionalism.
- Proven computer skills.
