The KAM will develop, maintain, and expand the commercial relationship with existing large and multi-site strategic clients. Proactively contacting clients to maintain a consistent high level of corporate customer service. KAMs are frontline representatives for Coats and play an essential role in driving brand awareness, product interest, and customer engagement.
