About The Position

As a Key Account Manager, you'll own and grow strategic relationships with some of ProGlove's most important enterprise customers across North America. Your mission is to help customers solve real operational challenges by expanding the adoption of ProGlove's connected solutions and delivering measurable business outcomes. You'll combine strategic account planning, executive relationship management, and industry expertise to grow long-term partnerships while accelerating software ARR and overall revenue. Working closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Channel Partners, you'll play a critical role in helping ProGlove achieve its ambitious growth journey. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex enterprise environments, enjoys building trusted partnerships, and is motivated by creating lasting customer value.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience managing and growing enterprise accounts in a B2B environment.
  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets through account expansion and strategic relationship management.
  • Experience navigating complex customer organizations with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to translate operational challenges into business value.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven approach and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel across North America as required.
  • Professional fluency in English.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehouse Automation, Supply Chain, or Industrial Technology.
  • Experience selling SaaS, Industrial IoT, Wearables, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience working with Channel Partners.
  • Salesforce CRM experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers across North America.
  • Build long-term account strategies focused on customer success, expansion, and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Identify new opportunities for software subscriptions, hardware deployments, and enterprise-wide rollouts.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, operational leaders, and key decision-makers.
  • Partner with Channel Partners to maximize customer success and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, renewals, executive business reviews, and strategic account planning.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast while consistently delivering against business objectives.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally and contribute to future product and business strategy.
