About The Position

You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer. This role involves developing and driving broad customer relationships across all levels, with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer's organization. The Key Account Manager is responsible for executing the strategy for the customer, ensuring the delivery of the Joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP), and optimizing the use of resources to obtain more profitability in operations.

  • Strong financial literacy (forecasting, ROI analysis, RGM), and ability to analyze data (scan, shipment, syndicated (i.e. Nielsen).
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, marketing, finance) and strong project management skills to ensure flawless execution of key initiatives and customer programs.
  • Comfort with data platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Salesforce TPM) and ability to translate data into compelling stories.
  • Proven success in managing national accounts, developing, and executing annual business plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)
  • 4-6 years of progressive CPG experience (strongly preferred).
  • Deep understanding of Metro systems and familiarity with their organizational structure and planning cycles.
  • Ability to come to the office 2-3 times a week and attend customer meetings, as required.
